Truck is up for sale. 1967 SWB C10.

Well guys, time has finally come for me to move on (will definitely be back) and head down south to further pursue my education. So to help me in doing so I've put my truck up for sale. Just reduced the price from 3,500 to 3,250. Here is the for sale ad on the forum. Would just like to thank everyone that has helped me out over the two/three years I have owned this thing. It's been one of my greater pleasures building and tinkering on this truck. The support of this forum has considerably helped. I'll be sticking around though, just without a truck once this one goes.

Hate to see you have to part with the truck, but you have to do whats best for you. Now get that education and get back here with another truck!

Best of luck with you future plans! :metal:

Good for you to have your priorities straight, good luck with school. On another note I am tempted about your truck I just don't have the time for a project.

I have a bunch of regrets in my 41 yrs. I have sold alot of cars and trucks that I wish I would have keeped but the biggest regret I have is going to school. After high school I had a very good job waiting for me when I got out of school and I also had a half ride offer to a junior college to play baseball. All I could think about was cars and girls and took the job bought a new car and passed up the chance to do what I loved and play ball. You are by far doing the right thing. Good luck and study hard.

Yeah, some say not to sell it because I'll regret it. I figure it will only be a regret if I let it be one. There are plenty of other trucks out there all over the world. Don't get me wrong though, cars and girls are in my top five after family, friends, and school. Haha. I'll try my hardest down south though. Thanks for the kind words.

Sorry that your truck has to be the sacraficial lamb, but you're making the right move. I understand how important school is. After taking a twelve year sabatical after highschool, I went back to college. I changed my major many times, and decided on becoming a teacher...believe it or not, all because I enjoy learning and sharing what I learn with others. Education will definately give you what you need to be more successful in life.

As far as your truck goes, it can be replaced. Yes, the memories will linger. But I think because of that, you will do the next one up even better.

Enjoy your schooling, you'll have a blast.
