we drove about 80 miles down to long beach,washington this morning to get out of the heat for awhile.it's pushing a 100 here but it only gets in the 70's on the coast.anyway,i snapped a couple of my new sport mirrors from lmc.i was mirrorless for several year's.but,i decided that area needed a little chrome.even got a few thumb's up's from a couple different folk's.

Looks awesome!! When I'm finished with my 4X4, I'm going to build a 2wd shorty. I want to go 2 tone too. What is the color brand/numbers you used? I'm loving the colors. Also, the mirrors look great too, nice touch, and way better looking the the big eared mirrors-IMO.

looks killer, on a side note, where did you get your clear lenses (front fender) at... im searching and its hard to find those. LMC has no picture for the CLR sidemarkers they offer....

thank's guy's..........i'll try to answer all the questions instead of multi quoting.i'm not sure of the color name or number.when i bought the truck it had just been sprayed and the guy i got it from didn't know either.i always thought that was kinda weird.the mirrors are stock chevy truck sport mirrors and are a direct replacement for these truck's as long as they came from the factory with sport mirrors.if not you'll have holes to deal with.the clear lenses i got about 5 years ago and can't remember where.i'll try figure it out and p.m you.i swap between the stock yellows and the clears every once in awhile.

i just searched back and i got them from classicpartsdepot.com.........no idea if there still around

Truck loooks great! Love the colors! And to my nowledge, those lenses are no longer available, they were not DOT approved and were discontinued and are extremly hard to find, wish I had a set also!

i always thought they were legal as long as you have yellow bulbs inside.

The sport mirrors look good on there man! I think the mirrors were smart and those ones were the only option on your truck. As for the side markers, I think it is one of those things that some places will harass you for them and some won't.

I've got the sport mirrors on my truck, and I love the way they look, but you can't see squat out of them.

great lookin' truck!

I love the sport mirror look... it seems like the hardest doors to find in a junkyard are the sport mirror doors... but i finally found a pair. I just didn't want to go thru the pain of welding up the extra holes!

Brother's sells the clear lenses for like 35 bucks. you just need to get the amber bulbs.
