Dropmember & Manual Trans, z-bar ?

Anyone running a manual trans with a dropmember? If so what did you do with the z-bar and the push rod from the pedal?

I will be running a TKO600, but I am putting in a hydraulic clutch, so no issues.

We installed a Dropmember and a manual trans a while back (with the z-bar). We ended up modifying the bracket where it attached to the frame, along with a couple minor mods on the pedal linkage. Wasn't too bad.

Do you remember what mods you made to the pedal linkage?

We had to modify thy linkage piece where it passed through the firewall. I don't recall exactly what I had to do, but recall that it wasn't a very difficult task.

For future reference in case anyone else has the same issue. I bent the bottom of the rod (15*ish angle?) and put a little notch in the firewall so that the rod sits up a bit higher.
I also had to move the z-bar up off the frame an inch at the same time it was relocated so that is lined up with the pivot ball on the bellhousing.
