c2500 stock tube shorty headers???

I saw a pic a while back of a shorty header, kinda single-tube looking, and i think it said it came from a c2500 truck. Any1 got additional info on this? I make trps to the local pick n pull at least 2x a month now, would like to know exactly what im lookin for and if they came on anything else?

I just know they were on mid to late 80s 2500 trucks. I don't know if they came on anything else.
