th350 overdrive help

my brother put a th350 in his 67 swb with 305 motor it has a place for an electric overdrive plugin how does he hook this up to work

Its not a overdrive. The plug is for the torque converter clutch lock-up solenoid control. Your transmission is called a TH350C. Leave it unhooked, They have a reputation for the coverter clutch burning up & taking the transmission with it. Their not a very desirable transmission. I whould look for a TH350.
