Front leveling
Searched on here but nothing found. I have an 80 3/4 ton with 4" lift. I have the "chevy slope" and want to level the front with the back. I have all new springs and hardware in it so i really dont want to put different springs in the front. My buddy said hed get me some 1 ton springs but it might ride rougher than it already does now(i hit a dime on the road and i can feel it!) Is there a solution to this?bigger spring shackles? I really only need an inch or inch and a half to level out.

Re: Front leveling
Is it 4wd? If you're just looking to pick up the front end and it is 4wd - Rancho Part # RS86201 or Tuff Country Part # 81200

Re: Front leveling
Spacers under your front springs > fit right in your spring cup > most front end , suspension , tire places will have them . definitely the least expensive way to go Iwould think .

Re: Front leveling
here you go
http://www.offroaddesign.com/catalog/Zero%20Rates.htm "Since these are a true bolt in leaf, they are safe to use on the front or rear suspension for extra ride height or to relocate the axle. " |
Re: Front leveling
Shave your rear blocks down or put a add-a-leaf in the front, anything you do to the front will make it ride like crap unless you put 6in. lift springs under it.
I would never put blocks under the front end, good way to die!!! They are known for spitting out on turns. |
Re: Front leveling
Thanks guys. i also have another set of heavy 3/4 springs to look at so i'll have to measure them as well.
