Looking for the stock rear axle centerline measurement from rear of frame for a 57 3100.

36 1/2 inches from the rear frame horns on a short box chassis

Where is that? What is a rear frame horn? I need to find the centerline because my frame is bare.

end of the frame with all extensions and brackets removed
