Noob with a couple A/C questions

Hey folks:

I just joined this forum, and had a couple A/C question after some basic trolling yielded no answers.

I have a 1977 C10 350/350. I have done quite a bit of work making the interior snazzy, and the one thing that stands out is the UGLY a/c control head. Does anybody know how to "restore" them, or where I might buy a new one? The truck has factory A/C.

Also, my blower motor works intermittantly. I have replaced the relay, and this hasn't helped. Any ideas?

You can find the A/C head units at salvage yards pretty cheap, or you can get one off eBay, you'll pay more for it. As for the blower motor off and on deal, I'd check my power and my ground. If that's all good check the switch in the A/C control unit.
