i have a 69 frame with title. it has been blasted and coated except for the upper a arms and spindles. WIW???

with the cost of the frame, the blasting, and the powder coating there is over $1000 invested in the frame as it sets. I would like to get as much of that money back as I can? whats a ball park figure for a frame like this?
