Anyone know where to find the best and maybe most accurate production numbers for 55-57 chevy trucks. maybe some one here may be able to help

Im trying to decide what way yo go with my dads truck? worth, ect?

Its a pretty clean

56 chevy 1/2 ton
Big back window
short bed
235 Cid
hydromatic trans
with all orig emblems

right now its all orig and i need to do some work and dont want to take it too far away from stock.

All i have done so far is put an alternator on it and differnt tail lights

I think there is a tech on production numbers over on the stovebolt site. I know I have seen some but they are not very specfic to different models, just over all production not broken down by engine, trans, etc.
