paint/interior?
 

Hi guys I just bought a 72 cheyenne super 3rd owner truck in really good shape for a build factory blk with blue interior I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this is a rare color combo or common thanks for any help

Blue was an available color for your truck. As far as rarity is concerned, I haven't found any records that say what percentage of any of these have a particular color interior. That doesn't mean that someone else doesn't have it available, but I don't.

When these trucks were new, whatever color exterior you wanted could be ordered with whatever color interior you wanted. GM had recommended combos, but in the end, if you wanted it you could get it....like a red body color with a green interior. Would look kinda Christmasy.....but not very attractive and definately not a lot of resale potential.

No, it is a very common color combo, but it is beautiful. I thought about that combo on a future project. I say keep it for sure. Trevor
