Finally finished installing my subs, they fit!
3 Attachment(s)
Just got done putting in 2 12" Pioneer fullsize subs behind the seat. I'll post the finished pics later. The subs are TS W302 Rs powered by a 300W Dual amp. Since I live in Florida and dont have AC, I kept the amp cool using a muffin fan from Northern Tool. Built and designed the whole box using Engineering software from my school. The seat does go all the way back too!

looks very clean! Nice work.

Re: Finally finished installing my subs, they fit!
Those subs probably give a good back massage too, lol. Did you use the amp strictly for the subs or is the rest of your system hooked up to it as well.

Re: Finally finished installing my subs, they fit!
Thanks everybody, the amp on the box only runs only the subs. I acutally got a seperate 208W Jensen amp running the 6x9s under the seat.

Re: Finally finished installing my subs, they fit!
did you use your engineering software for the gas cap holder i saw in the backround? lol that's a nice box, i have two jl audio w3's from and old setup that i would love two throw behind my seats but it's such a tight squeeze.

Here's the box dimensions. All units are in inches and I used 3/4" MDF all round except the back panel which I had to use 1/8" Masonite to get it to fit. (It was originally 9" deep with the 3/4" back panel instead) Forgot to include the overall width, its 60" wide.
