07/08 silverado center jump seat oem
 

I just bought this to go in my '69 GMC. The jump seat I have in it now was out of a 2000 and the console hinge broke like it does on all of them. So I bought this one. It has the two cup holders and an open compartment. Does anyone make a cover to keep stuff in there when the console is up? Or do you just not use it for anything? I will post a picture soon.

Mine stays full of crap and nobody ever sits there so I don't flip it up. I'd like to have the one with storage compartments...

Sorry for no picture. I have been busy at work and not home much here is a picture of the seats. A cover of some kind would work great for keeping stuff in there.

All of my trucks with the jump seat had a lid. You might look on ebay to compare.

Those are the base seats. They use the same seat back in the LS Tahoe and Avalanches, too, but with cloth. The cloth LT seats have the opening cover in the seatback, and a lockable compartment under the seat cushion, too with the 40/20/40 seat.

I got the console installed yesterday, I am still looking for a cover of some sort for the opening. Any ideas?

Looks like it would be pretty easy to fab one up and mount it with a hinge on the back lip of the plastic...kinda depends on how thick and sturdy the plastic is

I have been looking at plastic lids in the department stores, but haven't found one yet. I was hoping someone made one that would fit.
