I bought some billet adapters from him on the 28th of last month. Here's the last thing I heard from him via PM:

I have pm'd him after waiting 2 weeks, email, left a message in the thread - no replies and no adapters.

I fully understand your concern. We usually ask folks to give about two weeks for timely shipping. You can not however, follow him around the site replying to all of his threads. Thats trolling and also against the rules. Please go to the bad review section and post your concerns with all the facts instead.

in his defense, and i dont know him, my everyday life drags my deals out way longer sometimes than they should be. its a married man least priority.;) but i dont screw anyone. least ways i havent had any complaints. but also he should be checkin his messages! and if hes ignoring you on purpose then more power to ya brother! thats aggrivating. anyway allthis and a dollar mite get you a cup of coffee.:lol: just felt like sharin rich

I want everyone to know that Rob took care of sending a refund, and we have resolved the dispute. I'm convinced the USPS dropped the ball and Rob took the hit. I'd have no problem buying from Rob in the future.
