Need a Radiator in an S10 swap...what kind?

Hey guys.....im looking for a radiator that will fit into the rad. support off an AD truck that will have both transmission and oil cooler lines built in.....i believe the measurements are like 19x22" but i cannot find one that size with both those hookups....if anyone could let me know i would be extremely grateful so i can get on with my project!

Thanks again guys!
Help me bail myself out!

Blake

'64-'66 Mustang, V8, 3 row, fits really nice. Been running my 350/700-R4 for a couple years now along with the factory Mustang shroud and it works fine.

Clean looking install there, Fiftytwo.

That is a sweet under-hood setup! it has both trans and oil coolers installed in the radiator?

Sorry, it only has transmission cooler, no oil cooler. If you need one, just add a small remote cooler in front of the radiator.

excuse my stupidity....what does the "remote" mean?

thanks

It means not in the radiator. What I did on mine was get a fitting to just screw the oil filter right on the block, and got rid of the crappy, leak-prone oil cooler setup.

FiftyTwo, more pictures of your truck please.

Here are some pictures of my '52.
Body mods include:top chopped 1-1/2", v-butt windshield, removed wing windows, smoothed firewall, shaved front bumper bolts, bed pockets filled and smoothed rear roll pan. It's sitting on a modified S10 frame, with factory (ZQ8) lowered front and rear suspension including front and rear sway bars, gas shocks and quick ratio steering box. I'm running a 350/700-R4, custom drive shaft and a Camaro 8.5" rear end. Along with a stock S10 20 gallon gas tank, it also has power steering, power brakes, power windows, delay wipers, tilt wheel, and a bench seat from a '88 full size pickup...and it's still not done.

Thanks guys, glad you like it. I spent 7 years building it in my garage and have had it out driving now for 2 years. Needs a few more things and then it'll be "done".

I am usually on the 67-72 forums, but yesterday I picked up a LWB S10 roller for $400 and this weekend I am going to look at a 55 1st series 5 window, so I will be in this forum more often.

Fiftytwo, that is a SWEET truck! I see you are running Rallys. That is the direction I plan to go as well. Do you mind telling me what rear axle width, wheel width/ back spacing you are running? I have already purchased an S10 4x4 rear axle to go under the 85 S10 2wd frame for my 55 1st series swap.

WIDESIDE72 - I used a '79 Camaro rear which, if I remember is 60.5" flange to flange and 15x8 rallys with 4.5" back spacing.

a5Ben - I used 1.50" wheel adapters in the front.

That's exactly what I was gonna say.
