NOS AC Delco 9lb Radiator Cap

This is a 9lb NOS AC Delco Radiator Cap. #850994 RC-12. The box is an old one, and says 1956-1960, but I was told it works on new models as well. It was listed when I bought it for a 1970. I am going with a pure chrome Delco cap instead. $25 shipped.

Would this be factory correct for a 70 ?

I don't know. I know it fits, as I tried it on my 70. I just am unsure as to the pressure specs. Someone chime in if you know, please.

Would a BB radiator be the same as a small block?

My first guess is that they would be different. I really don't know for sure.

That's a nice part but I believe our trucks used a 15 or 16 pound cap.
