Jeff from CPP needing help in a bad way!

Hey guys i have a bunch of new items i want to show you guys and cut some deals on them but everytime i go to drop the pictures it says invalid file. What is causing this? The pics are within size limit does anyone else have this issue? I will trade someone suspension tech for photo tech!! Seriously i have those rear wilwood kits finished up and i know half this board wants them but i cant host the images. It makes me fell like ........:new:

try hosting them on photobucket and linking them. The reason it isn't working is the files are too large. So either resize them smaller with smaller resolution or host them to photobucket or another hosting site and link them.

What format are they in? If they are too large, it would say so....
Invalid file sounds like a non-compatible file type. What is the extension? the letters after the .

If the files were too large, the site would automatically resize them. I attach pictures using multi-megabyte original photos all the time and the site software scales 'em down without issue.

Jeff, you've already got my email and if VA72C10 doesn't get it, I'd be glad to take a look. :)

If you are putting them in the thread as attachments then the site does not automatically resize them. The last time I put pictures up it gave me the same error message. I resized them and they worked. It used to say they were too big, I am not sure it says that anymore.

I'm attaching to this message a photo that is 2.8MB on my computer, more than 25x the allowed file size. I'm sure it won't tell me that it's too big; it will just scale it down for me. (And if I'm wrong, you'll never know because this won't post. :D )

Weird....I always used jpegs and they showed the invalid file....if I resized them they worked fine but that was too much work so I started using photobucket ;)

I sent a PM with my email Jeff if you don't figure it out

A pirate walks into a bar and the barkeep says, "Excuse me, cap'n, but did you know that you've got your ship's wheel stuck in your pantaloons?"

"Aye," says the pirate. "It's drivin' me nuts!"
