Removing rings behind Wiper/Headlight knobs?

Hi there,

I have successfully removed the actual knobs but cannot figure out how to remove the rings behind the knobs? Can anybody help?

Nevermind, just figured it out, they unscrew. Big mystery =)

I usually use a pair of needle nose pliers.I stick each of the needle ends of the pliers in the 2 holes and twist. Chris
