shorty header ?s

i have shorty header to go on my 307 for my 67 gmc.... i have the motor out now and just rebuilt it and i am wondering will the shorty headers work or will they come down to where the cross member is???

Not sure if you are talking about block huggers or not? but I had them in my old truck and they worked, the motor was sitting in the 6 cyl. position, but I think they would have worked in the v8 position also, at least I hope so since I plan on running them on my current project. ....also my truck was an automatic.

Do you know what kind of headers you have, part number, what were they installed on last if used?
