1972 4x4 rolling frame

Frame seems to be in clean condition, SWB frame. P O said that he had new leaf springs installed. I don't have gear ratios yet, or if the rear is locking or not.

No motor or tranny. will have driveshafts and probably the transfer case

I dont' know what to ask when i get ready to sell it./

I'll try to get some pics up later.

I'm guessing a range from $250.00 to $600.00 depending on condition? Rust...etc.

Let me know if you are planning on selling...interested in pics also which will help determine value.

I'd say a few hundred bucks at the minimum, if it's clean.

If you end up parting it I would be interested in the rear end.

If it actually is a factory 115" WB 4x4 frame and not a shortened version $500 to $750. If you have the original VIN plate off the cab and it is a correct matching KExxxxx VIN number and you have a good title, I think you can about double that value range. All that stated would be for a not rusted through and not damaged but decent straight frame rails without any tore or welded up areas. I think the axles and transfer case would be minimal value unless they were something special or very nice originals.
These factory 4x4 V8 short frames are not that common anymore. Mark

Re: 1972 4x4 rolling frame

Thanks all,
I dont' have the correct VIN. This was a truck i bought for the motor, dash (tach) and body panels, it has new LMC fenders, LMC doors, and the auto column with the power steering.
I'm going to sell off the cab (67 small window) frame, with axles and transfercase. the PM told me it was a 72 4x4 frame and running gear.

Once i get it all apart, i'll post up some pics for a better idea of what to ask. I don't expect to get much but it will help me get some other parts i need for my 2wd.
Thanks Again everyone.
Glen
