Vent windows?

I need a new vent window assembly for my 78. I'm heading to the u pull it in the morning. Can I use one from a newer 80's truck? I was looking at my neighbors 87 suburban and it looks like it would fit but there is one less screw. I noticed the shape of the seal, handle etc are a little different but don't really care about that. As long as I can bolt it in and close the window it's ok.

I could be wrong, but I think the door glass on the newer trucks are thinner,
so it may not work

Got one this morning from a mid 80's suburban and installed it. No problems.
