S10 Builders: Truck Arm Rear Suspension?

LEEVON's build thread got me thinking about using the trailing arm setup from a C10 to get a 3 link rear end under my S10. I wanted to see if anyone has seen this done on an S10? I can get a complete rear suspension pretty cheap.... This would allow me to bag the rear end later if I wanted.

What do you guys think?
