Transmission/bellhousing mount bolts

While I was changing my engine and trans last week I noticed that only one of the bell housing mount bolts were there. I have found new mounts but can't seem to find the bolts or more important the spacer, bolt coller not really sure what it's called. Anyone have any ideas?

I honestly don't know if that spacer is being reproed or not, but it wouldn't be difficult to make one out of a piece of tubing. Just use the one on the other side for a pattern. The bolts are nothing special. Hardware store parts will do.
