Any GM Techs here? ? on pulse board nd wiper switch
 

Ok quick run down I know pulse boards on a 99 GMC Sonoma! Problem is when I cut my wipers off they will keep working up to 5 mins!!! I can cut key off and back on then they will stop or I can keep messing with switch and get the wipers to stop after messing with it etc. So what do you think wiper switch? Any actual way to test it?
