If this isn't NOS it is very close as it looks as if it has never been used. It still has the original Tissue Box. There were two styles of Tissue Box Dispenser for our trucks. From what I can find there was a GM Tissue Dispenser and a Bowtie version. Some say the GM was for our trucks and the Bowtie was for the cars. Then again it comes down to what the dealership had in stock. This is a hard item to locate especially in this condition. Do you need that finishing touch for your truck? I bought this and I was going to use this until I found a “Green” GM Tissue Dispenser.

Richard, yes it will fit with a console as long as it's a 2wd and not a 4spd or 4wd. Trevor

I should mention, that is doesn't have to do with the hump difference.... just the shifters that are mounted on the hump. It would fit fine with a high hump auto truck or a low hump auto truck just fine. With a 4 spd, and bench, it could probably fit but really tight.... but a console the way it angles out, I don't know if there would be room. Hope this helps you guys, Trevor

Thanks! One more question: I will be running shoulder belts. I will be attaching the belt holders to the front side of the console. Does the tissue box sit under the dash facing the driver, or right up against the bench or console, facing the dash?

Well, I am using factory shoulder belts, so I wouldn't want this pushed up against the console. But if fits on the floor, say under the dash facing the console, I would think that might work. If this sits facing the console, do you know if it would block the AC vents? Or would it clear them? I really want it, I just want to be certain it will work. Do you have a pic of yours sitting in your truck? I will take it if it fits how I need it to fit. Thanks!
