Mikes Bump and grind???????
 

I really don't like doing something like this but I feel I have waited long enough. I have been having problems with Mikes Bump and Grind garage. I ordered a swb bed kit and front fenders from him last January and I received all of it... the front fenders were for a 69 and the tailgate was for a GMC. I own a 1968 Chevy so out of all of the stuff I ordered I only got was a bed that I could use. After talking on the phone back and forth for a few days I got the front fenders fixed but still no tailgate. I then was told I was going to be getting a tailgate and that it had been mailed out that Monday. A couple days later I was asked if I could mail the tailgate to another person on the board that had bought it. So without thinking I did. That was on the first of sept that he said it was going to be getting mailed out to me. I then thought I would order some more parts from him and I did and I paid for them and well guess What? No parts or word as to why. I called him and he said there was some sort of problem and he would call me when he got it figured out. I still have had no calls or parts of emails or anything? I hate doing this mike but whats the deal? Mike you know my number and I would like to resolve this to just a big mix up so if you want to fix it give me a call

Mike's Bump and Grind is a competitor of mine and in some segments he's my only competitor. The one thing I always hear about him is that he's an honest guy and safe to deal with. I hear that a lot not just from a few but from many. Now he may be having some issues at the moment but I'm sure he will make good on his commitments because his history says he always has made good. He's not a fly by night and has been around in this business for many years. Many of you have benefited from his good nature and honesty and only a few have had issues, some now resolved.

I did a search and found that the vast majority on this board found Mike to be on the up and up. Good to deal with and an honest guy. You had a bad experience, it cost you time but you got your money back. My advice to you is take it as a learning experience and move on. This is not the last time a vendor will disappoint you. We got your message your unhappy but bashing Mike only makes you look bad after he made good.

I also did a search on you. You seem to have issues with a lot of the vendors here. What’s up with that?

I would really like my money back for A Chevy tailgate, and the $138 I spent on the bed floor supports. I really don't want to have to fight the bank for the money but I will if I have to.

Please keep it between the seller and original poster. Mike's is making good on his deals and is trying to fix everything going on.

I kinda have I got a refund from him but I still don't have my tailgate or the money from the tailgate so I guess I'm half way there

OP asked, for others input...as far as him making good on his deals, he is not.

sounds like he's giving you the run around, he did this to me too...empty promises, after empty promises, and finally having to get my money by filing a claim with paypal...

"Anyone else having any luck? "- there is, but with him being a ' GOLD VENDOR', he has bought, in full, a year (maybe more) of protection from our staff.. so these issues are a mear inconveiance for the staff, having to delete posts/edit, until the 'hush money' expires....

Actually he has not bought protection from staff. We keep posts to the topic at hand. Jumping in on the bandwagon puts people in a corner and things tend to not end well which never resolves anything. If anyone else has an issue please create a new thread to deal with it. If your issue has been resolved jumping in and attacking without full knowledge of what is going on does not help. As far as I know Mike is trying his best to solve and fix any and all issues that have arisen and has stated it will all get taken care of.

I did not tell you I lost your info.where did that come from? We don't keep cc info so its hard to refund on the card. We try and keep your info safe like most companies do. We destroy cc info.

No one is getting the run around. Everyone who knows our company know we are honest.
If a few members here want to keep adding fuel to the fire, well nothing I can do about that. We have returned money on most all members here we owed money to, not that certain people would know that because they don't know the facts. they just like to keep everything stirred up.

Hey mike is paid up and good on my end I wish him the best of luck in his struggles. I never meant for this to end up as this did and I'm sure he didn't either. Good luck mike I hope you figure everything out soon!
