04 gmc heater trouble

i cannot get any floor heat, vents and defrost work fine??

Check to see that the actuator is free and loose/not binding.And of course check to see if it works period.The plug in for my 01 is down by the floor and can be kicked off.That happened to me a while back.I don't remember if temperature selector did not move or mode selector didn't work.Either way.A good visual inspection is the best place to start.
