Accu Air install

Anyone have detailed pics on there AccuAir install using Porterbuilt product? Looking for information on best mounting techniques/locations for height sensors and line routing.

Anyone running hard lines with this system? did you just use flex line at the manifold?

I have an Accuair system installed, but I dont have any porterbuilt stuff.
I believe you can find some example pics of how Accuair has mounted the sensors in the past on their websites and by watching some of the videos they have.

Not sure what PB stuff your installing, but i am running stock front and rear control arms. You can see how i mounted my rear sensors in the link below.

I wanted to run hard lines between the valve and bags, and one of the pics below shows what Accuair sells to allow you to run hard lines. If you can find aluminum hard lines that are the same ID and thickness as the plastic lines, i dont see why you couldnt use the Al hard lines like you use the plastic lines.

I ran 1/2" hard lines between the compressor, tanks, and valves. My valve and ECU are in the black box.

actaully, this link shows how i mounted both the front and rear sensors. This may be more applicable to your PB stuff.

On the front mount, I welded some 1" bar stock to my x-member in the same location they have mounted the sensor. the bar stock was drilled and taped to take the sensor mounting bolts.
