Putting a t400 in a t350 truck
 
Im familiar with the 67-72's but not the 73 ups,i have a brand new T400 what problems would i encounter by putting it in my 79 2wd?it currently has a t350,i know the yoke is different.but will the trans crossmember need to be moved,im sure drivehaft would need lengthened.is there a diff trans xmamber?the trans i have is a 72 t400 shortshaft,trans in Blazer is a t350.thanks
for any info!!!

All I can say is the X-member needs to go back about 2 inches, and I would imagine the drive shaft needs hacked too.
