What are wires/plugs these for?

so, i found these behind the core support, and they are on both sides. one of the wires leading up to the plugs are the negatives for the side marker light, so im wondering if all of them are negative? i cant find anywhere that they plug into, so any help???[IMG]http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/q...5101042-01.jpg[/IMG][IMG]http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/q...5101042-02.jpg[/IMG]oh, and the wires are purple, brown, and blue

on my 67 the turn signal lights have the same kind of connector ....worth a try if you havent already.....have a happy thanksgiving
