accessories

doing a ls1 swap from a 99 z28 into a 60 apache. I already have the bracket to mount the a/c to pass top. I was wondering do I need to relocate the alternator to the top as well or will it clear?

I swear I've seen pictures where the alt fits inside the frame rail.... I'll look more tomorrow.
