Fresh guy from california

Hi, found this site very early on from when i was obsessing over my grandpa's 70' cst 20. Its been sitting since 2002 (last registration sticker). It's got a v8 400. Originally painted green but got a paint over (just the body) to white. we're (me and meh papa) pretty sure at least the cab is rusted all the way through :(. No speakers, they seem to be taken out for some reason. **Something i found interesting was the tire size format. Before we pulled of one of the back tires that and took it in to a local tire shop to fix a flat, i was looking at the cost to replace the tire in case it was unrepairable; the size on the tire was "12 - 16.5 LT". I've never researched online in buying new tires until now, this being the first vehicle I own. To the point, the guy at the the shop trying to fix the flat, was surprised at evidently the tires are really old.** TONS of pictures at least a 100 or so, if you want a specific one of something just say the word. The only thing I've done so far is replace the spark plugs and oiled the cylinders. I oiled the cylinders because I've read that it helps with any rust in them after you crank it over from a long period of time sitting. When we tried firing it up, wasn't getting any spark from the condenser, thinking it may be the coil also. Just got a job so she'll get on the road soon enough :D. Sorry for blathering so much. Thanks ~ Sven
