I just picked up a champion one for my truck should have it in a day or so... Price was under 200 for a bolt in for the 62.. that was a 3 core set up.

0nly aluminum radiators I've used and can say there was NEVER another overheating issue is BeCool. I know, I know,, but maybe theres a reason there so dam expensive!!! I hate the cost but I really enjoy sitting in traffic with the AC on in 115°+ weather and never worrying about the engine temp.

Marv since we both play in the heat should be a good test to see how this one works. I have a money back deal if it does not fit or does not cool ......

www.radiator.com. I bought a 454 BB radiator at the price of a SB a few years ago.

Where are they made? China?

Howe Racing
American made and you can get a universal Chevy rad ($350) or a drop in ($545). I've had mine for close to 10 years and no issues.

This is what I have in my 63 and it bolted right on place. Never had an over heating issue even in 95* heat. But I also have a good electric fan.

Re: Aluminum radiator?

I bought an Afco Racing radiator off ebay years ago. All aluminum, had to build a top bracket but it's almost the exact same size as the original (without the top tank of course). It was around 200 bucks, and it never gets over 180 in traffic with my GM re purposed electric fan.
