4l60E fits what transfer case for a 79 4x4????
My 208 transfer case adapter kits will be around 400$. Im looking at other options in terms of transfer cases that can fit my 79 k10 vortec 5.3l 4l60E swap.....and what case? please help..:waah::waah::metal:

JB Conversion has the LoMax. Its a new case for the NP205 that bolts to the back of the 4L60e without the need of an adapter. It keeps the overall length shorter but its not a budget part.... just an option...

could you just use a later transfer case that mates up with your 4L60?
If you're even half way interested in AWD....the NVG-149 is an awesome piece (street, sand, rain, snow, ice, mud....but not rocky terrain) that doesn't require a shifter or electronics. |

241c comes both ways, Aluminum case chain driven, their strong but not bomb proof.
Donor vehicles, passenger side on blazers and burbs. Drivers side for the IFS vehicles. |
