Bleeding drum brakes (1966 GMC)

I replaced my right front wheel cylinder yesterday. My question is do I need to bleed all four brakes or just the one cylinder i replaced? Also, is it possible to bleed your brakes by yourself?

Thanks

I have a tool called Myti Vac,I can bleed my brake by myself. Just keep a eye on your fluids.

i take a small hose and put one end on the bleeder screw and the other end in a jar full of brake fluid and step on it slowly. Alot of the air will comd out and then i gravity bleed the rest of the way.
