State Inspection
 

Well, I took the '82 in for its state inspection yesterday. Here in NC we have safety and visual emissions, but no sniffer.

Failed for missing Air Cleaner Preheater Hose and EGR valve. Preheater hose was ~$5 at Autozone, but the EGR was harder to find.

Autozone and Advance didn't have any and couldn't order it either - they said there weren't any in their system at all.

Carquest said he could get one by the end of next week for ~$85.

Napa said for ~$45 they'd have one this afternoon. Got that sucker in there and going for the retest tomorrow. :metal:
