No speakers in mine (no radio for that matter). I just put an upholstered panel across the back:

Not in her now but mine was kinda like this behind the seats
JBL I think they were...sold them.
Why did I do that? Dang it!:

Now I did have a center console when I had bucket seats in her at the time that looked similar to this:
Could not find any pics, but I think it is still in the shop... who knows.
Wanting to put bucker seats from a 2003 Ford F150.
They will fit perfect with the seatbelts in them!
Yep have this planned.

I had Pioneer 6-1/2" 2-way car speakers in the console like in the photo below.

I may have to copy this idea....I was wondering where I was going to put speakers in my truck. I was just going to make a mounting board to hold my roadside emergency kit back there.

I'm stuffing that area full of goodies. Amps, rear fill, and subs should tuck nicely.

They are Scat/Procar Low Back seats. Speedway, Summit and even Amazon sell them:

Amazon.com: ProCar by Scat 80-1400-51L LOWBACK... Amazon.com: ProCar by Scat 80-1400-51L LOWBACK...
Lakeroadster also has them in his truck:
