Qwick, tach help please!

I have all but got wiring done on my factory tach I am installing. I have a white and a green wire that came with it. The white has a resistor or filter in it. Does this wire go to HEI tach hook up or to 12v ignition?

The filter is to prevent voltage spikes in the tach signal. Put it to the "TACH" terminal.
