PA Title question
 

I have a 48 chevy 3800 (2-ton from id number) cab, cab only no frame. It has a ID plate with readable numbers but no title. I got it from an estate with other "junk". The previous owner has passed away and it is unknown of he got a title when he purchased it 40 years ago.
How do i get a Pennsylvaina title for this cab so i can either use it or trade it for other parts. Anyone know what i need to do or if it can be done?
