drilling large wholes in frame

I need to drill 1.5 inch holes in the frame for the front spring shankle hanger. And i need to know the best way of going about doing this. Ideas? These are huge holes and im out of ideas. Thanks for the insight because this is all I need to get my axle hung for my 4x4 swap :)

Lowes and Home Depot both sell steel cutting hole saws. Be sure to use a "corded" drill and grab some cutting oil while you're there. Take your time drilling.

Buy a bi-metal hole saw use some oil and you will be fine. They are made for all types of metal. Drill at a slow speed thou.

x2 on this, if anything it is 1 3/4" I used the 2" and it worked great! I have about 1/4 inch of play on mine when I did them. I got mine at Home Depot.
