NOS fenders and rocker panels. Worth $400 asking price?

I found these for sale, NOS fenders and nos rocker panels with GM stickers still on them, one fender has SLIGHT surface rust starting where its been in storage. Seller is asking $400. I truthfully only need right fender and left rocker.... But he wont separate. I just have a hard time spending 400 for a truck I only paid 1000 for lol. But I wont use chinese junk and rust free right front fenders are rare.

Good used fender here is $75 at most. Considering what those cost from GM new $400 is probably a pretty good deal. That said, if I only needed 1 fender and an outer rocker I would look for a used fender and buy a china rocker. As someone else said, if you are building a show truck buy them. If not, look used. Another thing you might consider is are you installing the rocker yourself? If you are having it installed GM steel might save you enough labor to make up the difference.
