OEM Speaker Size?
I'm boxing up the original Am radio to be converterd to am/fm/ipod input this week and want to also order a speaker for the dash. It's been so long I can't remember what size to ask for.
I know they make a dual voice ciol sytle byt couls not remember if we had 4x10 or 6x9. Anybody have the scoop? Thanks |
Re: OEM Speaker Size?

Re: OEM Speaker Size?
Here's what I used in my 64. I wired them in series and hooked them up to the factory AM. The original speaker was a 10 ohm speaker. Wiring the two 4 ohm speakers in series gets you 8 ohms. Close enough.
