frame shortening pics from this weekend

hey guys thought id post some pics of the shortened frame, seems like its been talked about a lot lately..and here is one of the tank we put it also

and one of the thank, you guys that did this how exactly did you do it, we had to make some brackets and straps, the stuff that came with it was pretty much useless

that last pic sorta makes it look like just those 2 stainless straps are holding it up, here is another pic of it with the wide straps underneath

Hey there leaf sprung ! how did you lower it ? I like the way you cut your frame I cut mine in a step pattern but the way you did yours works too. When do you think thecab will be on the frame ? I am omost ready to prime and paint mine 2-3 weeks tops and I will have the cab foreward painted. I still need a box floor though. Later Mario

if my dad gets the lokar bolted down to the tranny this week then we are gunna put the cab and front clip on this weekend, the front is lowered with coils but the back hasnt been done yet, we are going to wait and see how she sits ( how much sag is in the rear springs :P ) and then go from there
