Replacing old worn lock switchs, who has done it but not gone with stock replacements

My lock switchs are worn and wont lock anymore so i wanting to change them but not for the stock ones... anyone done this change???

In thinking on momentary on-off-on switches but havend decided on wich yet:metal:
