Heater control panel faceplate replacement?

I took my dash apart to clean it and when I pulled the screws out of the heater control panel faceplate, the plastic dogears (the holes where the screws go) just crumbled. Now I can't put it back in. Any idea where to get a replacement?

That is awesome! I have an A/C so that is perfect. I found a place that sell white stickers for the heater panel.
