I think the 2wd guys end up narrowing the rear ends to tuck the larger wheels, but I'm guessing all I'd have to do on mine with a 6" lift, would be the wheel adapters..?

Re: Lets see them duallys with 22.5 or 24.5 alcoas

^ I sold a cab & chassis rearend out of a '94 1-ton for more than I gave for the entire truck. That'll be the cheapest way, just gotta move spring perches and shock mounts, sure a lot cheaper than narrowing one and replacing the axles or doing surgery on a good pair of dually fenders.

how much narrower is a cab and chassis rearend?

Re: Lets see them duallys with 22.5 or 24.5 alcoas

A conventional dually rearend is about 72" wide, single rear wheel is about 67.5", the C&C is 63.5". I got this info out of the 14-bolt bible at Pirate 4x4.
