Cig lighter positive

I know what circuit/fuse the cig lighter is supposed to be on. What I want to know is, what is the orange cig lighter wire actually connected to. Does it connect into one of wire bundles in the dash, if not where exactly does it connect? Mine currently just hangs there, and the end is stripped. So it was connected somewhere, just can't find where.

I believe it connects to the main harness from the wall.
