Where/what is it #1

So I will probably have a few more of these in the future. But for now since I'm trying to find out why after 45 I surge and feel like I'm out of gas....

Where is the Y joint where the dual tank fuel lines come together? I'm trying to see if the Y joint went/is going bad and possibly just bypass it to see if that is the cause.

It is inside the frame rail, just to the rear of the cab on the passenger side. It is a transfer valve, not just a Y.

It should be the metal fuel lines that come from the drivers side correct? I have no fuel lines on my drivers side. Anyone have a pic of the transfer valve?
