15s on Dana 60.
Ive got a decent set of 33x12.50 15 inch tires on 15x10 8-lug wheels, they clear my fenders at stock height on my one ton, but the rub the front brake calipers on my dana 60. I've heard of grinding a little off the rotors, but dont know how much to take off. Anyone done this? Pictures would be awesome. Thanks.

Depends on how bad they rub. If its just a little you could use a grinder and clean up the calipers so that they dont rub. The real solution would be to up grade to a larger diameter rim.

Thanks for the input. Its got 265/75r16s on it, I'm kind of exploring my options at the moment.

I had to grind quite a bit off the calipers and some on the mounting brackets to get some on a truck years ago. It wasn't a whole lot of fun for me because I was nervous grinding on the alipers.
