Models: Good sources to buy from
i'm normally not into models and have never really actually built one except for the snap on types. For anyone who is into models, more power to you. i personally wouldn't build models myself because i prefer the real thing etc.....
But now, i think i need to do a mock-up of my next planned project. Do you know of any good sources to buy model kits online? Specifically, i need a chevette model. Sorry, for this one i can't really divulge in great detail what i'm trying to do. (i'm a little too embarrassed/shy about this one) However, if you look at some of my other posts, maybe you could get a clue. |
Re: Models: Good sources to buy from
Look in the forum listed at the top of the GD page. Our stuff in scale or something like that.I don't know of any Chevette models but there might be one out there.

Most of the former Soviet Republics are selling "models" from what I read on the internet. Several of them keep wanting to be my friend on Facebook.

Re: Models: Good sources to buy from
I will move this over to the scale model forum where you might get a better answer to your question.

Re: Models: Good sources to buy from
Strangely enough, on ebay all the chevette models or promos are going for no less than $25 after you account for shipping. Some chevette model kits are going for OVER $100.
Meanwhile you can get a CORvette or most any other model much cheaper. |
